Our cancellation policy designed to be straightforward and fair. If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 prior will incur a charge of $25.

Confidentiality & Safety Policy
For confidentiality and safety purposes, we ask that you please refrain from bringing any support guests with you to your appointment.

How to prepare
To prepare for your appointment, make sure to gather any necessary documents or identification required. It's also helpful to jot down any questions or concerns you may want to discuss during the appointment. Arriving a few minutes early so you can settle in and fill out any forms needed.
*For any DNA testing we kindly ask that you do NOT, eat, use mouthwash or drink anything right before the test.

*For drug testing appointments please bring a list of your prescribed medications and stay hydrated.
